Download EBookThe Mudra Institute of Communication Ahmedabad has started accepting online applications for the MICA Admission Test (MICAT) 2 exam 2026 from today, November 25. Eligible candidates can apply for the MICAT 2 exam 2026 on the official website, mica.ac.in, by January 29. MICAT phase 2 exam 2026 is scheduled on February 13.
MICAT phase 1 exam 2026 is scheduled to be held on December 6, and the admit card will be issued 3 days before the exam begins. The MICAT phase 2 admit card will be issued on February 10.
According to the official MICA website, the highest placement package was offered at Rs 40.91 lakh per annum, and the average was Rs 19.22 lakh per annum.
All candidates are assessed on MICAT, which consists of 3 sections: Section A of Psychometric Test, Section B of Descriptive Test and Section C of Aptitude Test comprising Divergent and Convergent Thinking, Verbal Ability, Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation and General awareness.

The application fee for MICAT 2026 is Rs 2,500. If applying for more than one programme, candidates will have to submit Rs 500 as an admission fee.

MICAT Eligibility Criteria 2026
The eligibility criteria for MICAT 2026 are as follows.
- Candidates must have CAT 2025 , XAT 2025, OR GMAT scores 2025 (from 2024).
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in any discipline, which will be recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
- Candidates who are in their final year of study for their bachelor’s degree can also apply.
MICA conducts MICAT 2026 entrance examinations for admissions to the Post Graduate Diploma in Management – Communications (PGDM-C), Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and Fellow Programme in Management (FPM).
