NEW DELHI: NIFT 2021 is scheduled to be held on February 14 in pen and paper mode in 32 cities across the nation. Candidates are likely to feel stress, anxiety and apprehension on the day of NIFT entrance exam. Aspiring students should not afford any blunder on the day of the exam as it may ruin their consistent hard work.

No doubt study is crucial to crack NIFT 2021, however, even the best effort can go awry if candidates fall into any test-taking trap. Candidates can do their best by knowing the common mistakes to avoid on the day of the NIFT entrance exam 2021.

1. Do not show up late

It is advisable to leave for the exam early to avoid any sort of traffic on the way to the exam venue. Students should pack all the necessary documents and items a night before the exam to avoid wasting time in searching for the same on the next day. Reach NIFT 2021 exam centres way before the reporting time to avoid unnecessary hustle.

2. Read the question paper carefully before answering the questions

Time is crucial for the NIFT aspirants. However, candidates should not be rushed to solve the problem without reading the question properly. It is important to read the question patiently and understand its essence.

3. Do not nervous during the exam

Candidates should know that confidence is the only weapon that they can carry inside the examination hall. Staying calm and believing in the preparation help to stay motivated and keep away from exam stress and nervousness during the entrance test.

4. Do not ponder in one question

Candidates should not ponder in one question. If the question seems to be unanswerable then they should proceed for the next question immediately. Spare at least 15 minutes for reviewing the answer at the end of the exam.

5. Do not forget to carry NIFT admit card 2021

It is mandatory for the candidates to carry the NIFT 2021 admit card along with the duly filled COVID 19 self-declaration form and identity card to the exam centres failing which they will not be allowed to enter the exam venue.

6. Follow COVID 19 guidelines

The government and NIFT entrance exam authorities issue a COVID 19 guidelines which candidates need to follow. Students must follow the social distancing norm in the NIFT 2021 exam centres. Candidates are advised to take all the precautionary measures of COVID 19 at the exam centres.
