Mohan Babu University opens admissions for BTech CSE with specialization in AI, ML

NEW DELHI: Mohan Babu University has opened admissions for its BTech programme in computer science and engineering (CSE) with specialisation in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) for the academic year 2024-2025. The last date to apply for admissions to the BTech in CSE (AIML) is July 31, 2024.
Mohan Babu University's CSE (AIML) programme aims to equip students with in-depth knowledge and skills at the intersection of computer science and AI and ML technologies, preparing them for the future of the digital age. Students will gain proficiency in cutting-edge technologies like machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision, the university said.
This programme's curriculum combines strong theoretical foundations with practical applications. Students will have to complete capstone projects and will have an opportunity to do internships with top companies, ensuring graduates are well-prepared to tackle the challenges and seize the opportunities in the AI and ML fields, it added.
Eligibility for BTech CSE admission
Students seeking admissions to the BTech CSE (AIML) programme at Mohan Babu University should fulfil the following eligibility criteria.

Candidates who are resident or non-resident Indian nationals, Person of Indian Origin (PIO), or Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) with at least 60% aggregate in physics, chemistry, and mathematics (PCM) will be eligible.

Applicants should have completed or appeared in the diploma or higher secondary examination (Class 12 pattern) in the current academic year, with physics, chemistry, and mathematics (PCM) as compulsory subjects.

Accepted boards include state boards within India, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE), Matriculation, or National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS). NIOS students must have finished the 10th standard through regular schooling.

International students holding a General Certificate of Education (GCE) A-level or International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma or certificate with PCM as compulsory subjects are also eligible.

Upon completion of the course, graduates will have diverse career opportunities such as machine learning engineer, data engineer, AI software engineer, AI devops engineer, computer vision engineer, Natural Language Processing (NLP) engineer, and AI solutions architect.
