As per the subject experts, the JEE Mains 2024 session 2 day 4 shift 2 paper was moderate in difficulty level. The mathematics section was lengthy, chemistry has tricky questions with moderate level of difficulty, while physics was easy, as per the analysis.
The National Testing Agency calculates the scores of JEE Main 2025 for percentile for individual subjects separately (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) as well as in the combined format using the normalization formula as shown below.
Total Percentile (T1P) | (100 x No. of candidates from the session with a raw score equal to or less than T1 score) / Total No. of candidates who appeared in the session |
Mathematics Percentile (M1P) | (100 x No. of candidates appeared from the session with a raw score equal to or less than than M1 score in Mathematics) / Total No. of candidates who appeared in the session |
Chemistry Percentile (C1P): | (100 x No. of candidates appeared from the session with a raw score equal to or less than C1 score in Chemistry) / Total No. of candidates who appeared in the session |
Physics Percentile (P1P) | (100 x No. of candidates appeared from the session with raw score equal to or less than P1 score in Physics) / Total No. of candidates who appeared in the session |
The JEE Mains 2025 session 2 paper 1 syllabus includes questions from physics, chemistry and mathematics from Class 11 and 12.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the remaining JEE Mains 2025 session 2 exam tomorrow. The testing agency will hold the JEE Mains 2025 session 2 paper 2 BArch and BPlanning tomorrow in two shifts. The forenoon shift will take place from 9 am to 12 noon, while the second shift will be from 3 pm to 6 pm.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) is currently conducting the JEE Mains 2025 session 2 day 5 exam today. Subject experts and various coaching institutes will release the analysis of JEE Mains 2025 question after the exam is over.
