The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh conducts medical and dental admission in the state for 85 per cent state quota seats in government and 100 per cent seats in private colleges. The seats in MP NEET UG counselling 2021 is granted on the basis of the scores secured in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG). To secure a seat in the state, each aspirant is required to fulfil the MP domicile criteria.

As per the previous year's data, as many as 2,930 MBBS and 1,090 BDS seats are granted in 35 colleges of the state. Aspirants aiming to secure admission in Madhya Pradesh must read further to know about MBBS, BDS domicile eligibility set by the counselling authorities.
MP NEET UG Counselling 2021 domicile criteria- Who can apply?
Given below are the Madhya Pradesh domicile eligibility guidelines under which an aspirant is considered a domicile of the state.

Candidates who are children of Freedom Fighters

Candidates who are wards of Defense Personnel

Aspirants whose parent(s) work with the Government of India and are posted in Madhya Pradesh.

MP NEET UG Counselling 2021- Overview
The counselling for MP MBBS and BDS courses in medical and dental colleges will be held online at dme.mponline.gov.in. A total of 4 rounds will be conducted in the MP NEET 2021 counselling: first, second, mop-up and college-level round.
Candidates whose names will be mentioned in the merit list released by the state counselling authority will only be eligible to participate In the counselling session. For every round, candidates need to register, pay the fees and fill the choice of course/colleges. Based on their choices, seat availability, candidate’s NEET 2021 rank and MP seat reservation policy, admissions will be granted.
