MP NEET PG counselling 2023: Cut-offs drop
Last week, the health ministry and National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), which conducts the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - Postgraduate, reduced the qualifying marks for NEET PG 2023, or the NEET PG cut-off, to zero percentile to fill vacant seats. This invited criticism from many doctors and students who argued that the government allow private medical college to fill vacant seats with candidates who lacked merit but could afford the prohibitive fees that many private medical colleges charge.
The admission for the MD, MS programmes in SAIMS is through NEE PG counselling of the state. Students can register for the counselling process of the college on the official website for MP NEET PG counselling, dme.mponline.gov.in .
The registration window for the PG programmes at SAMCPI is open from September 25 to 28.
