MSBSHSE postpones Maharashtra HSC board exam 2022 for 18 subjects

Download NowNEW DELHI: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has postponed the exams for 18 subjects which were scheduled for March 5 and 7, 2022 exams. As per new dates, these exams will now be held on April 5 and April 7, 2022.

As per NDTV report, The question papers of the Maharashtra Class 12 exams caught on fire while transporting them in a truck from Madhya Pradesh to Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra. Due to this sudden tragedy, the exams have been postponed by a month.
“The truck that caught fire was transporting papers of exams which were to be held on March 5 and 7, and since the confidentiality of these papers has been compromised, we have decided to reschedule these exams. As per the protocol, these papers will have to be reset and reprinted for all nine divisions,” MSBSHSE chairperson Sharad Gosavi told, as per a report of PTI.

On March 5, the board was expected to conduct Hindi, German, Japanese, Chinese and Persian language exams. Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Sindhi, Arabic, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi, Bengali, Urdu, French, Spanish and Pali exams were scheduled to be conducted on March 7, 2022.
As per the Maharashtra HSC exams 2022 time table , exams for Class 12 will begin from March 4, 2022. However, the exam was expected to conclude on March 30, 2022, but now with this situation, the exam will conclude on April 7, 2022.
Meanwhile, Maharashtra SSC exams 2022 will begin from March 15 and will end on April 4, 2022. The board has decided to conduct the MSBSHSE exams 2022 in offline mode. They have also released HSC, SSC question banks for the preparation of exams.
