National Institute of Technical Teachers Training & Research PhD admission registration ends on January 20

NEW DELHI: The National Institute of Technical Teachers Training & Research (NITTTR) Chandigarh is currently accepting applications for admission to its PhD programme under Typhoon HIL Fellowship for the 2022-23 academic session. Candidates can apply for the NITTTR PhD programme through the official website- nitttrchd.ac.in.

The last date to apply for the NITTTR PhD programme is January 20, 2023. Interested candidates are required to apply in the prescribed application form along with an application fee of Rs 1,000 (non-refundable).

NITTTR, Chandigarh official notice reads: " The Electrical Engineering department of NITTTR Chandigarh having expertise in the areas of Microgrid/Smartgrid, Electrical Vehicle-Battery Management System, AI and Optimization, Power Electronic Converters, FACTS Devices etc. invites applications from M.E./M.Tech. Graduates from Institutes of National Importance or equivalent institutes for PhD admission under Typhoon HIL, Switzerland Fellowship of amount @Rs. 28000/- per month for the session 2022-23".

NITTTR Chandigarh offers PhD programmes under the following categories:

• PhD under QIP (Engg.) Scheme (Full-time)
• PhD under QIP (Poly) Scheme (Full-time)
• PhD under Direct Admission Category (Full-time/Part-time)
• PhD under Industry Sponsored fellowship (Full-time only for Electrical Engineering)

• Step 1: Visit the official website of NITTTR Chandigarh- nitttrchd.ac.in
• Step 2: Under “Academics” click on PhD admission.
• Step 3: Then click on “Industry Sponsored PhD Scheme” to download the application form.
• Step 4: Fill in the necessary details, upload the required documents and pay the application fee.
• Step 5: At last, submit the application form to complete the NITTTR Chandigarh PhD Admission 2023 process.
