NEET SS 2021 postponed to January: Check revised exam dates
NBEMS has announced the revised schedule of registration and examination date for NEET SS 2021.

NEW DELHI: National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences(NBEMS) has announced the revised schedule of registration and examination date of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Super Specialty (NEET SS) 2021. A decision has been taken by the government of India in consultation with National Medical Commission and NBEMS.

The NEET SS examination for academic year 2021-2022 will now be conducted on January 10, 2022 on the basis of the pattern which held the field until academic year 2021-2022, informed a notice from the board
The ongoing registration window for NEET SS 2021 will be put on hold till October 31, 2021 to make the necessary changes, and the window will be kept open till November 22.

Candidates who have already registered for NEET SS 2021 will have an option to edit their choices for super specialty courses, and those who are yet to register will be allowed to register afresh for the exam in the forthcoming registration window. The notice further said, the candidates who have already registered for NEET SS 2021, and paid the examination fee of more than Rs.4250 in case of applying for more than one group, will be refunded the extra amount paid. The board also announced that the candidates who are unwilling to continue with the application registered in the current window for NEET SS 2021, considering the changes announced, can request for refund of examination fee to NBEMS.

As per the revised date, the registration for online application will reopen on November 1, and will be open till November 22, and the correction window will be open from December 1 to 7, and the admit card will be issued on January 3, 2022.
