NBEMS begins registration for DPharm exit examination; to be held from October 3

NEW DELHI: The National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has commenced the registration process for the diploma in pharmacy exit examination (DPEE) 2024 today, August 24. The DPEE 2024 exam is scheduled to be held on October 3 to October 5. Eligible candidates should fill out the DPEE 2024 application form by September 13 through the official website, natboard.edu.in.
“The Diploma in Pharmacy Exit Examination (DPEE) has been introduced through Diploma in Pharmacy Exit Examination Regulations, 2022. The candidates who have successfully completed the approved course of Diploma in Pharmacy and have qualified the Diploma in Pharmacy Exit Examination alone will be eligible for registration as pharmacists under section 32 of the Pharmacy Act 1948,” the official notice read.
The application correction window will be open from September 16 to September 18, 2024, to edit all the details except their name, test city, nationality, mobile number and email ID. A final edit window for correcting photographs, signatures, and thumb impressions will be available from September 24 to September 25, 2024.
To register for the DPEE 2024, candidates will have to pay the application fee of Rs 5,900. The board will issue the DPEE admit card 2024 on September 30. The DPEE 2024 results will be announced by November 4, 2024.

DPEE 2024: Eligiblity criteria
Candidates can check the eligibility criteria for the DPEE 2024 exam given below.

Candidates should have completed a Diploma in Pharmacy from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under Section 12 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948, are eligible to register for the Diploma in Pharmacy Exit Examination.

The result of final examination for the said Diploma in Pharmacy qualification should have been declared on or before July 31, 2024.

Candidates should submit proof or documentary evidence showing that the result of the final examination for the Diploma in Pharmacy qualification was declared on or before the cut-off date of July 31, 2024.
