NCERT opens admissions for RIE teacher education programmes; CEE 2026 exam on June 28

Online applications for NCERT RIE courses including B.Ed, M.Ed and integrated M.Sc.Ed programmes will begin from May 15, 2026
The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has announced admissions for various teacher education programmes offered through its regional institutes of education (RIEs) for the academic session 2026. The notification was issued by the RIEs, Bhubaneswar, inviting eligible candidates to apply online for multiple undergraduate and postgraduate teacher training courses.
According to the admission notice, the online registration and application submission process will begin on May 15, 2026, and continue till June 5, 2026. Interested candidates can complete the application process through the official CEE portal at cee.ncert.gov.in.
The programmes offered under the admission process include integrated M.Sc.Ed. (6-Year), B.Ed. (2-Year), integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. (3-Year), M.A. in education technology (2-Year), and M.Ed. (2-Year). These programmes are conducted under various RIEs functioning under NCERT across the country.
