Apply NowThe National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) is going to close the registration and choice filling for NCHMCT JEE 2026 counselling today, June 4, 2026. Applicants can apply on the official counselling website at nchmcounselling.nic.in.
As per the schedule, the round 1 seat allotment result will be out on June 6, 2025 and document verification will start from June 7, 2026 & will end on June 9, 2026. The final round of seat allotment process will start on June 15, 2026.
Applicants taking part in the counselling process are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs 2,000. The ongoing counselling is being conducted for admission to various hotel management and hospitality institutes affiliated with the NCHMCT across the country.

NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2026: Steps to register
Candidates can register themselves by using the steps given below:
- Visiting the official counselling portal at nchmcounselling.nic.in
- Opening the “NCHM 2026” counselling section available on the homepage
- Selecting the New Candidate Registration option
- Reading and accepting the counselling guidelines and instructions
- Logging in using their roll number, password, and security code
- Filling in the required registration details and choosing preferred institutes and courses
- Verifying all information entered before final submission
- Paying the prescribed counselling fee
- Locking the selected choices within the stipulated deadline to ensure consideration for seat allotment

NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2026: Documents required
Candidates participating in the counselling process should keep all essential documents ready in advance for verification. These include the admit card, application form, and scorecard/result, along with the Class 10 certificate or any valid proof of date of birth and the Class 12 marksheet or passing certificate. Applicants will also be required to submit a medical certificate and recent passport-size photographs.
Candidates claiming reservation benefits must produce the relevant category certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS), while those applying under the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category should carry a valid PwD certificate. Having both original documents and photocopies ready can help ensure a smooth counselling and verification process.
