NDA Admit Card Released; Exam on September 9

NEW DELHI, AUGUST 20: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released National Defence Academy (NDA) admit card of written exam on August 20, 2018. The admit card of written exam can be downloaded till the day of examination.NDA written exam is scheduled to be conducted on September 9, in two shifts.
In order to download the admit card, candidates need to visit the official page and click on the NDA 2018 admit card link to. However, candidates need to read the important instructions carefully before moving ahead. Candidates can either login by registration number or roll number and enter date of birth, captcha code and click on submit button to download the admit card.
NDA admit card will be only available for the candidates who have successfully filled the application form. Candidates will have to carry the at least one photo identity proof like Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID Card etc. to the examination centre for verification.
If a candidate forgets the registration number, he/she can retrieve it by clicking on the link ‘Forget RID’ by entering details like name, father’s and mother’s name, date of birth and captcha code.
Details like candidate’s name, exam date, name of exam centre, date of birth, exam time, address of exam centre, roll number, reporting time, city, photograph and signature are mentioned on the admit card. NDA written exam comprises two subjects – Mathematics and General Ability Test (GAT).
In the morning shift, mathematics paper will be held, while General Ability Test is held in afternoon session. Each paper of NDA is conducted for 2 ½ hours duration. The total marks allotted for written exam are 900. Candidates who qualify the written examination will be called for SSB Interview which carries 900 marks.
