One of the biggest changes made by the NTA is in the NEET 2021 application process. As per the bulletin, the application form for NEET must be filled in two sets/phases. Read more to know more details on the same.
In order to ensure that candidate's data is submitted quickly, the NEET UG 2021 application form process has been divided into two sets.
The first set of information needs to be filled up before the last date of submission, which is August 6, 2021.
The second set of information needs to be filled up by the candidates before the declaration of the NEET 2021 result/ downloading of the scorecard. Dates for the same will be notified by NTA.
Mentioned below is the list of documents that aspirants must upload in phase 1 of the NEET application form process.

Left-hand thumb impression
Signature
Self-declaration certificate for J&K aspirants
The list of documents to be uploaded by candidates in phase 2 are as follows:
Category certificate (if applicable)
PwBD certificate (if applicable)
Class 10 certificate
Citizenship certificate
The application form for NEET 2021 must be filled carefully. Candidates can check the steps to fill the registration form for the medical exam below.
Visit neet.nta.nic.in and click on the link that says "Fill registration form"
Enter the asked details such as your name, your mother's name, father's name (in capital letters) as given in the Class 12 Board application.
A password must also be created as per the specifications mentioned by NTA.
After entering the asked details and password, a provisional application number will be generated after registration for NEET 2021 login.
Fill the remaining NEET 2021 application form by entering the personal and academic details as well as exam cities preferences.
Upload all the scanned images/ documents as per specifications mentioned in the form.
Pay the NEET registration fee, which is Rs 1500 for General (UR) category aspirants. While, aspirants belonging to General-EWS/ OBC-NCL category have to pay Rs 1400 and SC/ST/PwD/Transgender, Rs 800 to appear for the medical exam.
The NTA will open the NEET 2021 correction window facility from August 8 to 12 at neet.nta.nic.in. The correction window will be available only for the NEET 2021 registered aspirants to rectify an error (if any) in their applications. However, since only a few selected fields can be edited in the NEET application correction window, candidates are advised to fill the application form carefully.
NEET 2021 is scheduled to be held on September 12 in pen and paper mode.
