The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the application form of NTA NEET 2021 on the official website neet.nta.nic.in. Eligible candidates can register for NEET 2021 before the last date. Every year more than 15 lakh candidates appear for India’s single largest medical entrance exam.

How to fill the NEET 2021 application form
In order to successfully appear for this medical entrance exam, aspirants must fill the application form carefully. Candidates can refer to the steps mentioned below to fill the NTA NEET application form.

Visit neet.nic.in and click on the link that says "NEET application Form 2021"

Enter your name, your mother's name, father's name (in capital letters) as given in the Class 12 Board application (a password must also be created as per the specifications mentioned by NTA, which will be the password for all future login. Also, a provisional application number will be generated after registration for NEET 2021 login).

Fill the remaining application form by entering the personal and academic details as well as exam cities preferences.
