NEET 2021 phase 2 application form to start before result: Know what to fill

The NEET 2021 registration phase 2 must be filled for medical and dental admissions. Candidates without filling NEET application form phase 2 will not be allowed for admissions.

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has conducted the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG 2021) exam on September 12. NEET result will be announced soon on the official website - neet.nta.nic.in. Before the declaration of result, NEET phase 2 application form must be filled. This year, NEET 2021 application form has been divided into two phases to ensure that candidate data is submitted quickly.

As per the information bulletin, the second phase of NEET application form 2021 should be filled before the declaration of result. The link for NEET-UG second phase registration will be available at the NTA NEET official website.

NEET-UG 2nd phase registration: Details to be filled

In the second phase of NEET 2021 application form, candidates need to fill their personal, class 10 and 11, parent income details and upload the documents as per the specifications. Check the particulars to be filled in the NEET application form phase-2.

Personal details:

  • In the case of a girl candidate, are you the only girl child of your parent

  • Place of residence

  • Belongs to minority

  • Religious minority

  • Mode of preparation

Educational details - Class 10 and 11:

  • Pass status

  • Year of passing/appearing

  • Qualifying exam

  • Place of schooling

  • Type of school college

  • Qualifying examination state

  • Qualifying examination district

  • School board

  • Result mode

  • Maximum grade point

  • CGPA obtained

  • CGPA

  • Total marks

  • Obtained marks

  • Marks in percentage

  • Roll number

  • School/college name address

  • School/college pin code

Additional details:

  • Place of birth

  • State

  • District

Parent income details:

  • Father qualification

  • Father occupation

  • Father annual income

  • Mother qualification

  • Mother occupation

  • Mother annual income

Uploading the documents:

  • Category certificate

  • A person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) certificate

  • 10th certificate

  • Citizenship certificate

The state field of the respective candidate is only for the purpose of information and it does not mean that the aspirant is a domicile of the particular state. The domicile of candidates needs to be reconfirmed from the Directorate of Medical Education (DMEs) of each state.

NEET 2021 official answer key

NTA will soon announce the official NEET answer key and OMR sheet on the official website. Using the NEET answer key, candidates can calculate their approximate scores obtained in the entrance exam. They can challenge the NEET-UG answer key by paying Rs 1000 per question.

NEET 2021 result is expected to be announced a month after the exam. Last year, the NEET exam was conducted on September 13, 2020, while the result was announced on October 16.
