NEW DELHI: The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, NEET UG 2024 will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) today, May 5, 2024. Candidates who have registered for the exam will have to mandatorily carry NEET 2024 admit card to the exam centre. The NEET 2024 exam will commence at 2 pm and will conclude at 5:20 pm.

The following are some important points for NEET 2024 exam day by NTA that are essential for candidates.

  • Candidates must report to the NEET exam centre as per time mentioned in the admit card

  • The gates of NEET 2024 exam centre will be closed at 1:30 pm

  • Proper dress code needs to be followed by the candidates to avoid any delay or restriction.

  • Candidates must wear light-coloured short-sleeve clothes, with minimal pockets.

  • Slippers/sandals with low heels are preferred, shoes are not allowed in the examination hall.

  • Aspirants carrying customary dresses must report to the centre before 12:30 pm.

  • Do not carry stationery items, prints, or other items besides the NEET admit card and ID proof.

  • Items such as geometry boxes, pencil boxes, calculators, pens, scales, writing pads, pen drives, erasers will not be permitted inside the NEET test centre.

  • Communication devices such as mobile phones, Bluetooth, earphones, pagers, health bands, etc. are strictly prohibited.
