NEW DELHI: On November 1, National Eligibility Entrance Test ( NEET) 2021 results were announced. Candidates who have qualified for the NEET 2021 entrance exam are eligible to apply for Maharashtra MBBS/BDS 2021. The schedule, notification, and information bulletin for Maharashtra NEET counselling are yet to be released.

NEET 2021 counselling for Maharashtra will be conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) at info.mahacet.org and will fill around 9,000 MBBS seats and 3,526 BDS seats across the state.

Maharashtra MBBS counselling 2021 will be held for all government/corporate, government-aided, and state quota seats in private/minority institutions in the state. Candidates who wish to participate in the Maharashtra MBBS 2021 counselling must first register on the CET cell's website www.mahacet.org. The official website info.mahacet.org will soon publish the dates for Maharashtra NEET counselling in 2021.
Candidates must fill out an online application form and submit an application fee to be considered for Maharashtra MBBS/BDS 2021 admission. The form will ask for applicants' personal, category, contact, academic, and NEET 2021 information. Students will be admitted to Maharashtra MBBS, BDS 2021 colleges based on their preferences, NEET 2021 rank, seat matrix, and reservation.
The DMER will publish a merit list of those qualified for Maharashtra MBBS admission in 2021. After getting shortlisted in the merit list, the students will go through counselling for Maharashtra MBBS/BDS 2021, where they will be given options for colleges and programs.
Before registering online for Maharashtra MBBS counselling 2021, candidates should first check their eligibility. The following requirements must be met to qualify for Maharashtra NEET counselling 2021:
The applicant must be a citizen of India to take part in Maharashtra NEET counselling 2021.
The student must have passed NEET 2021.
Class 10 or its equivalent must be completed at a Maharashtra-based institution.
Candidates who have not completed Class 10 at a Maharashtra-based school can apply to Maharashtra Counselling for NEET 2021 if they have completed Class 12 or equivalent at a Maharashtra-based institution and have Maharashtra domicile certificates.
The cutoff of Maharashtra MBBS BDS 2021 will be released after the admission is over. Maharashtra NEET cutoff 2021 is the last rank at which admission from respective categories will be granted. Aspirants can check previous years' NEET cutoff in Maharashtra below.
