NEW DELHI : The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has started the application process for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Master of Dental Surgery (NEET MDS) 2025 from today, February 18. Candidates can now apply for NEET MDS 2025 through the official website, natboard.edu.in.
According to the NEET MDS 2025 schedule, the last date for application is March 10. Candidates belonging to the general, OBC, and EWS categories have to Rs 3,500, while SC, ST, and PwD category candidates have to pay Rs 2,500 as applicable fee.
The NEET MDS 2025 admit cards will be issued on April 15. The NEET MDS 2025 exam will be held on April 19 in computer based mode. The NEET MDS 2025 application correction window will be opened on March 14 to 17. The cutoff date for completion of the internship towards eligibility for NEET-MDS 2025 is March 31.
To apply for NEET MDS 2025 candidates must have a valid photo ID, recent passport size photograph, scanned signature, BDS degree certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), dental registration certificate and internship completion certificate. Candidates can also download the NEET MDS information bulletin available on natboard.edu.in and nbe.edu.in.
NEET MDS 2025 Exam pattern
The NEET MDS 2025 exam duration is 3 hours and will be held from 9 am to 12 pm. The paper consists of 960 marks in total having 240 multiple choice questions. The NEET MDS 2025 syllabus includes pre-clinical, clinical, and paramedical topics from BDS. As per the NEET MDS marking scheme, candidates will be awarded +4 marks for each correct answer and -1 marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer. There will be no marks given for questions left unanswered.

NEET MDS 2025 Eligibility criteria
Candidates applying for NEET MDS 2025 can check the eligibility criteria requirements given below.
- A BDS degree from a recognised institute
- Provisional or permanent registration with the State Dental Council (SDC) or DCI.
- Completion of a one-year compulsory rotatory internship on or before the date mentioned in the information bulletin.

The NEET MDS 2025 application form can be filled out online only. Candidates can follow the steps given below to apply online.
- Visit the official website, natboard.edu.in.
- Click on the NEET MDS registration link available.
- Click on register and fill the required details such as name, phone number, email address, etc.
- Fill in the NEET MDS application form.
- Choose your preferred exam centre.
- Pay the required application fee.
- Keep a printout of the NEET MDS 2025 application form.
