Use NowNEW DELHI: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will close the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test - postgraduate (NEET PG 2023) counselling round 3 choice filling and locking facility today. Candidates who have already registered for the NEET PG round 3 counselling 2023 will be able to lock the preferences filled through the official website, mcc.nic.in.
As per the draft Post Graduate Medical Education Regulations (PGMER) 2023, the NEET PG 2024 exam if held will be slated in March. The National Exit Test (NExT) will replace the NEET PG exam for the current MBBS batch onwards.
The MCC will be conducting one more round, stray vacancy round, after the NEET PG round 3 counselling for MD, MS, MDS, PG medical courses.

How to fill, lock NEET PG 2023 choices
The NEET PG seat allotment results 2023 will be declared on September 16 based on the preferences opted by the candidates. Steps to lock choices for round 3 counselling.
- Visit the MCC official website mcc.nic.in.
- Login using the credentials such as selecting stream (medical/dental), roll number and password.
- Select medical colleges and courses as per preference.
- To add a new choice click on the ‘+’ button
- To rearrange the order of any choice, drag the choice to the desired position.
- Review the preference order and click on ‘save and next’ to lock the options.
- Download the preference opted and locked for future reference.
