Use NowNEW DELHI: The National Board of Medical Examinations (NBEMS) has opened a pre-final edit window for the National Eligibility Entrance Test - Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024 applicants to rectify images. Registered candidates can make corrections in the images in their NEET PG 2024 application form on the official website, nbe.edu.in. The last date to upload images as per instructions is June 3 till 11:55 pm.
“Pursuant to the closure of the edit window on 16.05.2024, it has been noted that some candidates have not uploaded their photographs, signatures and/or thumb impressions as per prescribed Image Upload Instructions. Such candidates are required to rectify the image(s) in their application form during the Pre-Final edit window,” said NBEMS in an official notice.
The board has also issued a list of candidates who need to rectify the images in their applications. The reasons for rejection of the NEET PG application form 2024 of the candidates include old photograph, lack of light in the room, dark background, improper exposure in photo, casual attire, improper objects in photo, poor image quality, closed eyes, glare on spectacles, black and white image, wrong way of uploading image, cropped image, lack of full view of body in frontal view, and defective hue.
“Incorrect images can be edited any number of times before the closure of the Pre-Final edit window. Please note that the last submitted information will be saved in records,” NBEMS said.
The board informed that the NEET PG 2024 image uploading instructions are provided in the information bulletin. “All applicants for NEET- PG 2024 are hereby advised to go through the Image Upload Instructions carefully. Please be apprised that uploading images in the application form which are not in accordance with the guidelines prescribed or failure to rectify the images in the final edit window shall invite rejection of application.”
