NEW DELHI: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will open the test city selection facility today for NEET PG 2024. The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for admission into postgraduate medical courses has been postponed to August 11. The list of 185 test cities where the exam will be administered have been notified on the official website, natboard.edu.in.

The NEET PG exam 2024 which was scheduled on June 23 was postponed as a "precautionary measure" in the wake of recent allegations of paper leak and malpractice in the competitive exams such as NEET UG 2024, UGC NET June 2024.
“The test city and test centre communicated in the admit cards issued earlier for NEET-PG 2024 which was to be held on 23rd June 2024 shall no longer be valid,” it clarified.
All candidates who were issued NEET PG admit card 2024 for June 23 exam, will be allowed to choose test city again by exercising their choices of preferred test cities between July 19 to July 22 up to 11.55 pm.
Candidates have been instructed to provide choices for four preferred test cities where they wish to take the PG medical entrance exam. “These test cities will be selected from the available test cities within the state of correspondence address indicated by the candidate in his/her NEET-PG 2024 application form.” Further, it clarified that the test cities will be allotted randomly and these four choices will not be considered as an order of preference of test cities.

In a step to improve the security measures being taken by the NBE and ministry of health, the board has decided to hold the NEET PG exam in 185 exam cities across the country. The list of test cities where NEET PG will be held is given below.
