Download nowAfter weeks of uncertainty over the delayed NEET PG counselling 2025, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced the deadline for reset registration and NRI quota document submission. The NEET PG 2025 counselling reset registration link is activated on the official website, mcc.nic.in. Even though the MCC opened the registration process for NEET PG counselling on October 17, the complete schedule was not announced, leaving aspirants worried about further delays in the academic year.
However, the MCC has announced the NEET PG counselling 2025 date for reset registrations. Candidates will be able to submit their application form or correct the details by November 5.
“The RESET Registration option for Round-1 of PG Counselling 2025 has been activated and is available upto 10:00 A.M of 5th Nov. 2025,” the MCC portal read.
MCC NEET PG 2025: NRI admission policy
The MCC has announced strict NRI quota rules as per the directions issued by the ministry of external affairs.
Candidates claiming NRI quota are required to send the relevant documents through the email ID – nri.adgmemcc1@gmail.com – from 10 am on October 25 till 12 noon on October 28.
The MCC has asked applicants to submit six documents to support their claim. The NRI quota rules have been tightened to prevent scam and illegal admission identified in the previous years. Only certificates issued by the Indian Embassy and Consulate will be considered valid, the MCC clarified.
“Candidates are advised to send all documents enclosed in single mail only, within stipulated time,” it said.
- NEET PG admit card and score card
- Proof of NRI status of the parent or relative: valid passport, visa, residence permit, work permit, OCI, PIO card will be considered valid documents.
- Certificate of relationship between the NRI relative and the candidate issued by the competent revenue authority through a family tree.
- Affidavit (Notarized) by the NRI relative stating that they will sponsor the entire course fee and living expenses of the candidate during the period of study duly supported by NRE (Non-Resident External) Bank Account Pass Book.
- Class 10 and 12 mark sheet and passing certificate
- Birth certificate
- Passport of candidate or sponsor (optional).
