NEET PG Result 2026 LIVE: NBEMS PG answer key, response sheet for 2.65 lakh soon

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will issue the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET PG 2026) answer keys for the first time following the Supreme Court directive. NBEMS will issue the NEET PG answer keys 2026 along with responses entered by candidates in the paper on its official website at nbe.edu.in or natboard.edu.in

NEET PG 2026 exam was held on August 30 in a single shift for over 2.65 lakh candidates at 1,111 exam centres across 338 cities. NEET PG paper consisted of 180 MCQs with 720 marks. NBEMS reduced the number of questions asked in the exam from 200 to 180.

As per the NEET PG 2026 marking scheme, four marks will be given for every correct answer, and one mark will be deducted for incorrect answers.

NEET PG Answer Key 2026: How to check?

The steps to check the NEET PG answer key 2026 are given in the table below.

• Visit the official website at nbe.edu.in
• Under the “Entrance Exam” tab select “NEET PG.”
• Click on “Application Link” button available under the “NEET PG 2026” tab
• Click on “Login” button.
• Enter the User ID and Password.
• Click on answer key and provisional response sheet link.
• Question ID, along with the correct answer and marked responses will be displayed

NBEMS has not announced the date for NEET PG 2026 answer key issuance. The NEET PG results 2026 will be declared by September 30.

Last year, the Supreme Court directed the NBEMS to publish the NEET PG raw scores, answer key issuance policy and normalisation method for result preparation. SC ordered 10 directives for NEET PG, which also included stricter penalties for seat blocking during the counselling process. NEET PG 2026 information brochure only includes the details of the tie-breaking criteria for the test takers.
