NEET PG Counselling 2022: 1,787 Kerala candidates admitted by MCC AIQ up to 2nd round counselling

NEW DELHI: The Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has released the Kerala National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) NEET PG counselling 2022 All India Quota List (AIQ) on the CEE official website- cee.kerala.gov.in. A total of 1,787 candidates figured into the admitted candidates list up to round-2 of PG Medical 2022 Counselling done by MCC.
The Directorate of Health Services (DGHS) conducts counselling for 15 percent of the seats under AIQ for admission to MBBS and BDA programmes on behalf of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). Under the quota 15 percent of the total seats in government college are filled, while the remaining seats are reserved for state quota seats.

Admission in MBBS courses is higher through the All India Quota than the state quota. Candidates who have qualified the NEET exam securing the minimum NEET cutoff 2022 are eligible for counselling of 15% AIQ seats. Counselling will be stopped once the seats are filled.
“For state quota and other seats falling under the ambit of States, candidates may apply to their domicile states and merit list as per state rules and based on All India Rank will be prepared by concerned Counselling Authorities. The counselling for Private Medical Colleges will also be conducted by the concerned State Counselling Authority,” the NTA said.
The MCC began the AIQ round 2 counselling registrations from October 10 to October 14, 2022. Candidates with allotted seat will have to report at their respective institute within the stipulated time. They will not be allowed to have free exit after NEET PG seat allotment for round two. The CEE released the final phase allotment result for round 1 of Kerala NEET UG Counselling for MBBS and BDS courses on October 26.
