The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is expected to release the counselling schedule for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, Postgraduate and Master of Dental Surgery, NEET PG, MDS counselling 2022 shortly at mcc.nic.in.

Qualified candidates will be able to participate in the counselling session of NEET PG, MDS 2022 for 50% All India Quota (AIQ) seats. The seats in NEET PG 2022 counselling, as well as, for MDS, will be allotted based on scores obtained by candidates in the respective exams. Read to know more details.

Candidates should go through the eligibility criteria before applying for the counselling process.
NEET PG 2022 counselling eligibility

Candidates who have cleared the qualifying cutoff will be eligible to participate in NEET PG counselling 2022 .

Candidates who are domicile free
*Candidates of J&K will not be eligible to take part in NEET PG counselling 2022 (Participation of the union territory of J&K is subject to their contribution of seats)
NEET MDS 2022 counselling eligibility

Applicants who have cleared the qualifying cutoff will be eligible to participate in NEET MDS counselling 2022

Candidates who are domicile free
*The All India quota will not be open for the J&K candidate, as well as, for OCIs/PIOs/Foreign Nationals
NEET PG and MDS 2022 counselling process

Registration for NEET MDS and NEET PG counselling 2022: Eligible candidates have to register at mcc.nic.in to participate in the counselling process.

Payment of registration fee: Candidates applying for NEET PG and NEET MDS counselling will have to pay the counselling registration fee via online mode, which will be non-refundable.

Choice filling and locking: Candidates need to mention their college and course preferences and lock them down before the last date.

Seat allocation: The seat allocation PDF for each round will be published on the official website. Candidates allotted seats must report to their allotted colleges and submit the required documents to confirm the seat.
Through NEET PG 2022 counselling, 26,168 Doctor of Medicine (DM), 13,649 Master of Surgery (MS) and 922 PG Diploma seats will be granted in 6102 colleges. On the other hand, for MDS courses 6501 seats will be granted in Master of Dental Surgery (MDS).
