NEET SS 2022 revised cut-off scores out for all groups

NEET SS 2022 cut-off marks have been reduced across all groups from 50th percentile to 20th percentile.
NEW DELHI: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released the reduced cut-off marks for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Super Speciality (NEET SS). The NEET SS 2022 cut-off marks have been reduced across all groups.
The qualifying percentile for candidates belonging to the General category has been reduced to 20th percentile from the existing 50th percentile. Candidates at 20th percentile and above in all specialty groups in NEET SS 2022 will be eligible for the additional mop-up round of counselling.

The board while announcing the revised cut-off scores has asked the candidates to visit the website of Medical Counselling Committee -- mcc.nic.in for information related to counselling for admission to all DM, MCh and DrNB Super Specialty courses.

"The competent authorities of the MoHFW (Ministry of Health and Family Welfare) in consultation with the NMC have decided to conduct an additional mop-up round... it may be conducted for remaining vacant seats after completion of two rounds of the NEET-SS 2022-23 counselling," a letter sent by the MCC to the NBE stated.
The eligible candidates for the additional round will be candidates scoring 20th percentile and above -- in all subjects -- in the NEET-SS 2022 examination conducted by the NBE, it said. "Therefore, it is requested to you to kindly share the data of eligible candidates...," the letter stated.
