NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2024 admit card at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET. NEET UG 2024 will be held on May 5 for medical, dental, BSc nursing and AYUSH courses across India. Candidates appearing for NEET UG 2024 must fill up the details in the NEET self-declaration form before reaching the centre.

NTA issues the NEET admit card 2024 self-declaration form for all registered candidates. Each candidate must download and fill out the NEET 2024 admit card undertaking. Candidates are advised to read the instructions mentioned in the admit card carefully.

What is NEET 2024 admit card self-declaration form?

The NEET self-declaration undertaking is a document released by the NTA along with the admit card. The NEET admit card 2024 undertaking form is released to ensure the safe conduct of the examination. Students must put a passport and postcard-size photograph, as well as, signature and thumb impressions on the NEET undertaking form.

Steps to fill the NEET 2024 admit card self-declaration form

  • Login to the website exams.nta.ac.in/NEET.

  • Click on the ‘NEET UG 2024 admit card’ link

  • Fill in the application number and date of birth

  • The NEET hall ticket 2024 will appear on the screen

  • Verify the details mentioned in admit card and take a printout

  • Fill in the details asked in the NEET 2024 self-declaration undertaking manually

  • Affix a passport-size and postcard-size photograph

It must be noted that the appearing candidate should put the left-hand thumb impression with signature on the undertaking in front of the invigilator in the exam hall.
