The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the final answer key for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET UG 2025) today. Candidates will be able to download the NEET final answer key 2025 through the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. The NEET UG results 2025 is expected to be declared shortly for over 20.7 lakh candidates. NEET 2025 Result LIVE

The NEET UG final answer key has been prepared by subject experts after reviewing the challenges raised by the candidates. The NEET UG question paper 2025 had four sets - test booklet code 45, 46, 47, and 48. One question in the provisional answer key had two correct answers sparking confusion among students. However, the NTA has clear rule for such scenarios.

The NEET final answer key 2025 now has two questions with multiple correct answers. As per the NEET question booklet 45, question number 40 and 63 have two correct answers. The following question numbers have two correct responses.

  • NEET question booklet 45 - Question number 40 and 63
  • NEET question booklet 46 - Question number 14 and 56
  • NEET question booklet 47 - Question number 20 and 58
  • NEET question booklet 48 - Question number 15 and 51.

NEET 2025 Marking Scheme: How to calculate scores

Candidates can calculate their probable NEET scores using the provisional answer key. The formula to calculate the NEET marks is given below.

NEET total score = (Number of correct answers X 4)- (Number of incorrect answers X 1)
