The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has put the NEET UG Counselling 2021 on hold from 4.30 pm to 6 pm today, January 21, 2022. NEET UG 2021 Counselling registration started on January 19 on the official website, mcc.nic.in

“Candidates are hereby informed that the Choice Filling for Round-1 of UG Counselling 2021 will be put on hold for some time i.e from 4:30 P.M upto 06:00 P.M of 21.01.2022 since some new MBBS seats of AIIMS, Madurai are being added in the seat matrix as decided by the competent authority,” MCC in a latest notice said.
"Also, CW seats for VMMC and ABVIMS, New Delhi are being added, the notice said.
There may be some changes in the category of seats which the candidates may kindly note when the seats are added in the seat matrix of Round-1. The candidates are advised to revisit their exercised choices after the seats are added.

NEET 2021 qualified applicants can apply for MBBS, BDS counselling on MCC's official website - mcc.nic.in. The last date for NEET UG counselling registration is Monday, January 24, 2022.
Through NEET UG 2021 counselling, admission to 89,395 MBBS, 27,948 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH, 603 BVSc, and AH will be done. Furthermore, there will be 1,899 AIIMS seats and 249 MBBS seats available at AIIMS and JIPMER, respectively,. However, the numbers may change due to the addition of seats this year.
