NEW DELHI: University of Delhi (DU) has opened the document submission window for CW (Children, Widows of Personnel of the Armed Forces) category candidates for admission into MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS, and BHMS courses through NEET UG counselling 2024. The submission portal is accessible through the faculty of medical sciences website at fmsc.du.ac.in.
As per the official notice, CW category candidates who qualify the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test undergraduate (NEET-UG) 2024 and seeking admission to various undergraduate courses in the 2024-25 academic session under the 85% Delhi quota are required to submit relevant documents proving their entitlement to CW concessions through the official website. The deadline to submit the required document is August 4 by 5 pm.
Along with CW category candidates, those from the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category are required to book appointments with one of the 16 designated disability certification centres for their disability assessment. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has tentatively scheduled the NEET UG 2024 counselling registration for the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) to start on August 14.

The centres cater to different types of disabilities and provide the necessary certification to support the claim for the 5% PWD reservation in undergraduate courses. The list of disability certification centres, as per the National Medical Commission (NMC) norms is given in the table below.
