As per the official NMC notice, any seats allotted by the medical institutions that do not match the commission’s matrix are likely to get cancelled.
Any complication arising out of such actions will be the responsibility of the college solely; legal notice, if any, has to be dealt with by the concerned institute itself.
All the institutes participating in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - Undergraduate (NEET) counselling 2025 are advised to add the new seats for round 2 counselling, as approved by NMC. Furthermore, newly established medical colleges should seek a user ID and password from MCC by mailing their LoP to the email ID adgme@nic.in.
"The newly established Government medical colleges should contribute their 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats and deemed universities should contribute 100% seats as per directions of the Supreme Court of India," the official NMC notice reads.
