SC is expected to announce its final verdict on the NEET petitions for cancellation of exam and conduct of retest for all aspirants. The exam held on May 5 for around 24 lakh candidates was marred with controversies over allegations of paper leak, unfair grace marks, cheating, and alleged irregularities. The top court cancelled the results of over 1,500 candidates who comprised NEET UG toppers 2024 and a retest was held later.
