NIACL AO 2024 result out on newindia.co.in; 265 shortlisted for medical exam

NEW DELHI: The New India Assurance Company Limited (NIACL) has announced the results for the administrative officer (AO) exam 2024. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their NIACL AO result 2024 through the official website, newindia.co.in.

Candidates will have to enter their login credentials such as application number and date of birth to download the NIACL AO 2024 result. Candidates who qualify the exam will now have to appear for the Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME).

As per the official notice, a total of 265 candidates have been shortlisted to appear for the PEME. Selected candidates are required to report for the medical test from October 28, 2024, to November 8, 2024, between 11 am to 1 pm and 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Candidates will also have to bring any one of the photo IDs, including a driving license, PAN card, Aadhaar card, voter ID, passport, or similar identification.

“The final selection, and appointment would be subject to satisfactory medical report and verification of certificates pertaining to age, qualification, caste certificate/ income and asset certificate (in case of reserved category candidates) and disability certificate (in case of PwBD candidates), any other applicable documents/testimonials etc,” the official notice read.

The institute further informed that if any candidate does not report for the pre-employment medical examination by November 8, 2024, their candidature will be automatically cancelled. It will be assumed that they are not interested in the employment opportunity.

The NIACL AO 2024 exam was conducted on October 13, 2024. The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 170 vacancies. Out of this, 50 vacancies are reserved for accounts positions and 120 vacancies are reserved for generalists posts.

• Visit the official website at newindia.co.in.

• On the homepage, navigate to Recruitment and select Recruitment of Administrative Officers (Generalists and Specialists).

• Click on the link for the AO result 2024.

• The result will be displayed on the screen.

• Download the result and take a printout for future reference.
