Download EBookNEW DELHI: National Institute of Design (NID) has declared the Bachelor of Design (BDesign) final results for the academic year 2024-25. Candidates who have appeared in the Design Aptitude Test (DAT) Mains exam will be able to check the final score through the official website, admissions.nid.edu. Along with the NID BDes final results, the institute has also started the choice filling facility.
After downloading the NID BDes DAT results 2024, candidates can proceed to submit their campus preference from May 21 to 23. Candidates should opt a campus before the deadline, failing which the institute will not be considered for further admission process.
Those who are not satisfied with their marks, will be able to apply for rechecking through the official portal by May 22 up to 4 pm.
Admission to the undergraduate design course will be offered on the basis of merit. Candidates who have been offered admission will have to deposit a token fee for confirmation of seats. All category candidates will have to pay Rs 30,000 plus convenience charges and overseas candidates will have to pay Rs 75,000.
The last date to deposit the non-refundable token fee is May 31 up to 4 pm. Candidates will be cancelled if failed to pay the amount before the deadline.
Aspirants will have to upload the following documents while filling the campus choices.
- A valid photo ID card such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, voter ID, passport etc.
- Birth certificate and date of birth proof.
- Class 10 certificate
- Class 12 certificate, if results are not declared yet, mark sheet should be submitted by July 15.
- Self-undertaking as per the prescribed format.
- Caste certificate
- PwD certificate if applicable.
NID BDes round 1 counselling seat allotment results, confirmation of seats and payment will be done between May 29 to 31. Following this, the institute will conduct round 2 counselling for the remaining seats. NID informed students that more rounds will be conducted in seats are not filled.
