NID DAT 2021 Concludes; Exam was moderately difficult

NEW DELHI: The National Institute of Design has successfully conducted the NID DAT 2021 prelims exam today, March 14, from 10 am to 1 pm. The entrance test was held in 23 cities across the nation in pen and paper format. According to the input from students and experts, the overall difficulty level of the exam was moderately difficult. While speaking to the correspondent of Careers360, Anand said “The NID DAT questions were quite lengthy and were moderately difficult. However, I attempted all the questions and the reasonable & logical section was easy”.

According to Krishan Magar, the overall difficulty level of the questions was moderately difficult too. The English section was easy, however, there were some tricky questions in the pictorial and diagrams section.

While Sakshi said that the paper had an average difficulty level. Most of the questions asked from general knowledge and the reasonable and logical section were easy.

According to the inputs from experts and students, the NID DAT 2021 entrance is moderately difficult. Most students found the pictorial and diagrams section quite tricky, however, the general knowledge section was moderate.

The National Institute of Design will now release the NID DAT answer key 2021 on its official website. Candidates can download the NID DAT 2021 answer key from the ‘Admission’ portal by providing the required login credentials. Students can cross-check their response sheet along with the answer key and calculate the estimated score.

NID Design Aptitude Test is conducted every year in pen and paper mode for aspiring students seeking admission in BDes and MDes programmes. NID DAT 2021 is a two-tier entrance examination that consists of the prelims exam and the mains exam. The shortlisted candidates after the prelims exam will be called for a studio test and personal interview.
