The NID entrance exam was conducted in offline pen and paper mode in 23 cities across the country. A total of 26 questions were asked in the NID DAT 2023 exam . Questions 1 to 22 was Multiple choice in nature (MCQs) and question number 23 to 26 was subjective in nature. Candidates got 3 hours (180 minutes) to solve the complete NID DAT 2023 question paper.

NID DAT exam analysis 2023
According to Verma Gupta, the overall difficulty level of NID DAT for BDs was moderately difficult. The English section was a bit easier, and the Image and Diagram section had some tricky questions.
According to NID DAT aspirant Kishore, “NID DAT 2023 questions were a bit long and moderately difficult. However, I attempted all the questions and the LR section was very easy.
Another student said that the NID DAT paper was of average difficulty level. Most of the questions asked from the GK and LR sections were easy.
According to experts and students, the overall difficulty level of the NID DAT prelims exam for BDes and MDes is moderately tough. Most of the aspirants found the picture and diagrams section to be very tricky, however, the GK and Reasoning and Logical section were easy.
NID DAT result 2023
The National Institute of Design will declare the NID DAT 2023 result for M.Des on February 28 and for B.Des on March 30 at admissions.nid.edu. Students can check the NID DAT prelims result from the ‘Admission’ portal by providing valid login credentials.
If candidates found any mismatch/ error in the NID prelims result, can request for re-check from February 28 to March 2 (M.Des) and March 30 to April 1 (B.Des). Candidates who clear NID DAT 2023 prelims will be eligible for NID DAT 2023 mains which will be held from March 20 to April 23 (M.Des) and April 29 to 30 (B.Des).
