Try NowThe National Institute of Design (NID) has announced the Design Aptitude Test (DAT 2026) prelims result for the Master of Design (MDes) programme today, February 12. Candidates who appeared for the NID entrance exam can download their MDes prelims result through the official website at admissions.nid.edu.
To check the NID DAT MDes result 2026, candidates will have to enter their email address and date of birth. The NID result for the MDes prelims exam will include details such as the candidate's name, programme name, roll number, category applied for, total score obtained in the exam, and qualifying status.
Candidates who are not satisfied with the NID DAT prelims 2026 result can apply for rechecking until February 14. The institute will conduct the NID MDes mains exam 2026 in March.

Candidates who pass the NID prelims exam can appear for the MDes Mains exam. The MDes Mains exam will have two parts: a studio test and a personal interview.
NID offers MDes programmes at its three campuses, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, and Gandhinagar.

- Go to the official website, admissions.nid.edu.
- Click on the "M.Des DAT Prelims Result 2026-27" link.
- Enter the required login credentials, such as email address and date of birth.
- The NID MDes prelims result will be displayed on the screen.
- Download and save the DAT result for future reference.
