NIFT 2023 2nd seat allocation 2023 for UG, PG courses out at niftadmissions.in

NEW DELHI: The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) has notified the second round of seat allocation for undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programmes for the academic year 2023 today. Those candidates who appeared and registered for the admission process will be able to check the NIFT 2nd allocation list from the official website, nift.ac.in.

Candidates should download their provisional allotment letter from the admission portal using their login credentials. Those students who are shortlisted will have to pay the fees by June 13. “Fees will be accepted only through online mode. Any other mode of payment will not be accepted,” the institute informed.

The NIFT 1st seat allotment was released on June 1 and candidates were allowed to pay the fees till June 6.

“A special quota of 35% seats in NIFT Srinagar (J&K) shall be reserved for eligible candidates of union territories of Kashmir, Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmiri migrants. Domicile quota seats, not filled after the first round of Seat Allocation may be transferred to the respective categories if there are no eligible Domicile quota candidates,” the official website read.

How to download NIFT 2nd seat allocation list

Candidates will be able to check the 2nd allotment list by following the steps given below.

• Visit the NIFT official website, niftadmissions.in.
• Under the “Notices/Announcements”, click on the second seat allotment list for regular UG, PG candidates.
• The page will be redirected to the NIFT 2nd allocation list PDF.
• Download and save it for future reference.
