NIFT 2024 correction facility begins; make edits in application form by January 12

NEW DELHI: National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) has opened the correction window to edit details in the already submitted NIFT application form 2024. As per the schedule, the NIFT entrance exam 2024 for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate design programmes will be held on February 5 in 60 cities across India.

Candidates will be able to make edits in the NIFT form 2024 till January 12 through the official website, nift.ac.in. “It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to provide correct information during the application process. At any stage if it is found that the information provided by the candidate is not true, NIFT has the right to cancel his/her candidature,” the institute said.

NIFT application fee which is already paid will not be refunded in case the applicant is found ineligible for admission to NIFT.

For admission to BDes programmes, candidates will have to clear the General Ability Test (GAT), Creative Ability Test (CAT) and a situation test. Those applying for MDes programmes will have to participate in the personal interview round for further selection.

How to edit NIFT application form 2024

Candidates can follow the steps given below to correct details in the NIFT registration form 2024.

• Visit the NIFT 2024 official website, nift.ac.in.
• Click on the ‘NIFT 2024 correction window (Click here)’ link, on the homepage.
• Now, key in application number, password and security pin.
• In case candidates forgot the password, they have an option to click on the link to retrieve the password and application number.
• The NIFT application form 2024 will be displayed.
• Make corrections if required and review the form.
• Submit the application form and download confirmation page.
