NEW DELHI: The National Institute of Fashion Technology is going to open the online registration portal for the NIFT entrance exam 2023 for BDes, BFTech, MFTech, MDes, and MFM admission at NIFT campuses tomorrow, November 1, 2022, Tuesday. The last date to submit the NIFT application form 2023 with a regular fee is December 31, 2022. However, registration for the NIFT exam 2023 will be allowed up to the first week of January 2023 with a late fee of Rs 5,000. Before filling out the NIFT registration form, students are encouraged to fulfill the eligibility criteria.

NIFT 2023 application form will be available online on the official website - nift.ac.in. NIFT exam 2023 will be conducted in computer-based mode tentatively in the first week of February 2023, in 32 cities across the nation. Students writing NIFT GAT for admission to B.Des must solve the questions in 2 hours. However the exam duration for B.F.Tech GAT is 3 hours.

Students must have passed the 12th (10+2) Board Examination or equivalent from a recognized Central/ State Intermediate Examination Board.
Candidates appearing for the 10+2 examination or equivalent examination in 2023 are also eligible to apply for NIFT 2023 entrance examination.
The maximum age of General Category/ OBC-NCL candidates should be less than 24 years as on 1st August 2023.
Upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates.
To complete the NIFT registration process, candidates are advised to follow the following steps;
Step 1: Visit the official NIFT exam 2023 website - nift.ac.in.
Step 2: Register with valid information to create the NIFT login credentials.
Step 3: Then, fill out the personal, communication, and academic details in the NIFT 2023 application form.
Step 4: Next, choose the NIFT test centres in the application form.
Step 5: Upload the essential documents in a prescribed format and size.
Step 6: At lastly, pay the NIFT application fee and submit the completed application.
