NIFT PG interview call letter 2025 out; stage 2 carries 30% weightage for MDes, MFM admissions

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) interview call letters for shortlisted candidates who qualified the stage 1 postgraduate entrance exam. The institute will hold the NIFT PG stage 2 round in Delhi from May 26 to June 3.

Students who have qualified the first phase — National Institute of Fashion Technology Entrance Examination (NIFTEE) — and are eligible to participate in the interview round are required to download the NIFT interview call letter 2025 from the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/NIFT/.
The institute offers three PG courses - Master of Design (MDes), Master of Fashion Management (MFM), and Master of Fashion Technology (MFTech). As per the schedule, the interview round will be held on May 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, and June 2, 3. “Please note that Interviews for the M.F.Tech. programme will be held only on 3 June 2025,” the NTA said.
Candidates will have to login using their NIFT application number and date of birth to download the NIFT admit card 2025 for the interview round.
“No request for change of date or venue will be entertained under any circumstances. The Interview Call Letter includes details such as the interview venue, reporting time, and important instructions. Candidates are advised to read the instructions carefully and follow them diligently,” it added.
NIFT 2025 PG Admissions: Exam weightage
For NIFT MDes admission 2025 , students’ performance in General Ability Test (GAT), Creative Ability Test (CAT), followed by a Personal Interview (PI) will be considered. Whereas for MFM course, candidates have been shortlisted based on GAT score, followed by their performance in the interview round.
