NEW DELHI: The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has announced that CLAT 2021 admit card will be released tomorrow, July 14, 2021. Except for north-east region, the admit card of CLAT 2021 will be available for all registered candidates. For the northeast region, the admit card will be released later. The CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) 2021 exam will be held on July 23, 2021, in offline, pen and paper mode.

CLAT 2021 admit card download process

  • Visit the official website of consortium - consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

  • Login to your CLAT account using your registered mobile number and password.

  • Click on the Download Admit Card option

  • The hall ticket/admit card for CLAT 2021 will be displayed on the screen

  • Download and take a printout of the admit card for future reference

Details mentioned on CLAT 2021 admit card

Candidates will be able to find the following details on their CLAT admit card.

  • Name, gender and category of the candidate
  • Roll number and application number
  • Exam date and timings
  • Exam centre name and address
  • Reporting time
  • Exam day guidelines

Candidates appearing in CLAT 2021 will have to carry the following items to the examination centre.

  • CLAT admit card (Hardcopy)

  • A valid ID card (Such as Voter ID, PAN Card, Aadhar Card)

  • A ballpoint pen

Along with the admit card of CLAT 2021, the consortium will also provide detailed exam-day guidelines for the candidates. Considering the COVID-19 situation across the country, the authorities may also release the details of safety protocols that will be followed on the exam day.

Some of the general exam day instructions are mentioned below.

  1. Candidates will have to report to the CLAT test centre at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination.

  2. Candidates must carry their CLAT admit card and a valid ID card to the test centre.

  3. Candidates must not carry any electronic device, calculator, paper or any other objectionable material such to the examination centre. Those in possession of such items will be subjected to disciplinary action.

  4. Candidates are advised to get vaccinated before appearing in CLAT 2021.

Meanwhile, in related news, the Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur (DNLU) has revised its admission notification. The university has decided not to conduct LLM admission through CLAT 2021. Candidates who want to take admission to LLM course of DNLU will have to apply separately, by visiting the official website of the university.
