NLU Delhi holds Fullbright Nehru education administrators seminar; 14 educators from US universities attend

The NLU Delhi seminar was aimed at building ties and developing international and academic collaboration with US universities.
NEW DELHI: National Law University (NLU) Delhi, department of international affairs conducted the 'fullbright Nehru international education administrators seminar' on Thursday. The institute hosted educators from 14 universities of the United States to explore pathways to build ties and develop international and academic collaborations.
The educators from various US universities that visited the seminar were- Geoffrey Cox , Suchitra Gururaj, Reshami Mitra, David Younger, Kathleen Young, Kenya Tyson, Suzanne Prabhu, Ingrid Skadberg, Sheila Schulte, Dylan Rust, Shelly Ortiz, Emily Kane, Colin Irvine, Darren Gallant and Timothy Faltyn.

While addressing the seminar, NLU Delhi, vice chancellor, GS Bajpai, said: "As a research-intensive university, NLU Delhi has always given us impetus to advance legal studies and develop new pedagogy. Going forward, my interest is to explore our ties with the United States-India Educational Foundation (USIEF), in order to develop mutually beneficial linkages and exchanges with the universities in the US, for the benefit of our students and faculty".
In her address, NLU Delhi, registrar, Harpreet Kaur, shed light on the international funding partners of the institute. She said, "Fullbright has given me a unique identity and I feel proud to be a part of the vibrant community of Fullbrighters. I want other NLU Delhi faculty members and students to have the same experience and by deepening our ties with USIEF, this can be made possible".
