Noida International University awarded NAAC A+ grade in first assessment cycle

Noida International University attained a rating of 3.44 out of a 4-point scale.
NEW DELHI: Noida International University (NIU) has been awarded with A+ grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) in its first assessment cycle. As per the official press release, NIU achieved the highest score of 3.44 out of 4 among all state private universities in India.
The university received a score based on the NAAC standards, which encompass factors such as the institution's facilities, placements, research quality, and academic achievements. It's a tag that aids students in accessing more global opportunities and collaborating with international organizations. NIU can now adopt new teaching methods and enhance its strengths by boosting placement opportunities, admissions, and overall identity, the institute said in a statement.
On receiving NAAC 'A+' grade accreditation, the chairman of Noida International University, Devesh Kumar, said, “We are happy to announce that we have received this remarkable rank. It is a matter of pride and dedication that we have this achievement. We are delighted and humbled to achieve such a remarkable score among all the universities.”

As per the official press release, the university through its 12 schools is offering various multi-disciplinary programmes in varied streams of engineering, management, law, medical and social sciences. The university boasts a 750-bed hospital, Noida International Institute of Medical Sciences (NIIMS), recognised as a centre of excellence.
