Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main exam is conducted for admission into engineering institutes like the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and National Institutes of Technology (NITs) while the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) exam is conducted every year for entry into the medical and dental institutes. NTA Exam Calendar 2025: Marking Scheme for JEE Main Paper 1
The marking scheme for JEE Main Paper 1 is as follows: For Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), +4 marks are awarded for each correct answer, with a deduction of -1 mark for each incorrect answer.
