NTA issues NTET 2024 answer key, response sheets; raise objections by November 25

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the National Teachers Eligibility Test (NTET) 2024 answer key and question paper with recorded responses. Candidates who appeared for the exam can download the NTA NTET answer key 2024 on the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/NTET.
NTET 2024 was held on November 19 in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode for appointment of post graduates as teachers in medicine and homeopathy.
Candidates who are not satisfied with the NTET 2024 answer key can challenge the provisional answer key by paying Rs 200 per question as a non-refundable fee. The payment of the objection fee can be made using debit card or credit card or net banking or UPI. The answer key objection window is open from November 23 to November 25 while candidates can pay fee till 11 pm on November 25.
“No challenge will be entertained without receipt of the processing fee. The Challenges will not be accepted through any other medium,” said NTA in an official statement.
A panel of subject experts will verify the challenges made by the candidates. If found correct, the answer key will be revised accordingly. Based on the final answer key, NTET 2024 result will be prepared and declared. “No individual candidate will be informed about the acceptance or non-acceptance of his/her challenge. The key finalized by the experts after the challenge will be final,” the testing agency added.
How to challenge NTET answer key 2024?
The steps to challenge the answer key of NTET 2024 are given below.
- Go to the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/NTET/
- Login with your application number, password, or application number and date of birth
- Click the ‘View/Challenge Answer Key’ button.
- The options next to the question ID under the column ‘Correct Option(s)’ stands for the answer key to be used by NTA.
- Upload supporting documents by selecting ‘Choose File’ (all documents are to be put in a single pdf file).
- After clicking on your desired option ID for challenge, scroll down and click on ‘Submit and Review Claims’ and move to the next screen.
- Challenged question ID and options will be displayed
- Modify your selection, if required, by clicking on ‘Modify Claim’.
- Now, click on ‘Save Claim and Pay Fee’ to select payment options. No modification will be allowed after payment.
- Select the mode of payment and pay the fee
