NTA NTET 2024 registration ends today; exam pattern, application fee

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the registration window for the National Teachers Entrance Test (NTET) 2024 today, October 22. Interested candidates can fill up NTA NTET 2024 application form through the official websites, ntet.ntaonline.in or exams.nta.ac.in/NTET. The NTA NTET 2024 final fee submission can be done till October 23, 2024.

As per the schedule, the NTA NTET 2024 correction window will open on October 24. Successfully registered candidates will be able to make changes in the NTA NTET 2024 application form through the correction window. The NTA NTET application correction window 2024 will close on October 25, 2024.

Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to make changes in the NTA NTET 2024 application form.

NTA NTET 2024 application fee

The NTA NTET application fee structure for different categories is as follows:

  1. General category candidates are required to pay Rs 4,000.
  2. General-Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and Other Backward Classes - Non-Creamy Layer OBC-(NCL) candidates are charged Rs 3,500.
  3. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwD), and Third Gender categories need to pay Rs 3,000.

The NTA NTET 2024 examination will be held in computer based test (CBT) mode. The NTA NTET 2024 exam will be held for a duration of 120 minutes. There will be 100 questions, and the maximum mark will be 100. The question paper will be set in English or Hindi.

Candidates will be awarded two marks for every correct answer answer. While, no marks will be deducted for wrong answers marked.
