NVS LEST 2025 application correction deadline today at navodaya.gov.in; editable fields

NEW DELHI: Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) will close the application correction window for Class 9, 11 Lateral Entry Selection Test (LEST) 2025 application form today, November 28. Candidates can make changes in their NVS Class 9, 11 lateral entry application form 2025 through the official website, navodaya.gov.in.

CStudents will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to log in and make changes to their NVS 2025 application form. As per the NVS official notification, the correction window to modify the information in the selected fields only will be opened for two days after the last date of submission of the application form.

Through the correction window, candidates will be allowed to change their gender, category, area of living, disability, stream option, and district option. As per the schedule, the LEST 2025 exam for Class 9, 11 is scheduled to be held on February 8, 2025. The selection test will be conducted for a duration of two and a half hours.

Candidates can make changes to the following fields in their NVS LEST 2025 applications.

• Gender
• Category (General/OBC/SC/ST)
• Area of Living (Rural/Urban)
• Disability Status
• Stream Option
• District Option

“The online correction window will remain open on 27.11.2024 & 28.11.2024. Corrections in the data of registered candidates for Class 11 LEST 2025 are allowed only in gender (male/female/transgender), category (general/OBC/SC/ST), area (rural/urban), disability, stream option, and district option,” the official notice read.

NVS Class 9, 11 Application Form 2025: How to make changes

To make the changes to the online application form candidates are first required to login using their login id and password. Follow the steps provided below to make all necessary changes

Step 1: Visit the official website of NVS, navodaya.gov.in

Step 2: Click on the Class 9, 11 lateral entry application link

Step 3: Login using the login id and password

Step 4: Click on the fields open for editing and make the necessary changes

Step 5: Save the changes made and click on submit.
