The Odisha CHSE exams for 2024 are currently ongoing, starting from February 16th and continuing until March 20th. Here are some important guidelines to remember on the exam day:
General guidelines:
Reach the exam hall well in advance: Aim to arrive at least 30 minutes before the exam starts. This will give the candidates ample time to find their seats, settle in, and relax before the paper begins.
Carry necessary documents: Students should carry their admit card, photo ID, and any other documents mentioned on their admit card.
Dress comfortably and modestly: Avoid wearing clothes with any provocative slogans or images. Light and comfortable clothing will help the candidate to remain focused during the exam.
Do not carry any prohibited items: This includes electronic devices like mobile phones, calculators (unless specified for your subject), headphones, or any study materials.
Guidelines during the exam:
Read the instructions carefully: Do not rush into answering the questions. Take a few minutes to carefully read and understand the instructions provided in the question paper.
Plan exam time effectively: Students should divide the exam time wisely between different sections and questions based on their weightage and their confidence level.
Write neatly and clearly: Present the answers in a clean and organized manner. Ensure that the handwriting is legible and easy for the examiner to read.
Do not resort to unfair means: Avoid copying, seeking help from others, or engaging in any activity that might violate the exam rules.
Review your answers: Before submitting your answer sheet, take some time to review your answers and make any necessary corrections.
